Well here are the cheats i use :
inventory.gold : gold
inventory.money : money
elion_nastr : elion's mood (MAX 10)
Aside from those 3 that can safely be used, here are some others that may of may not mess the game up, use them at your own risk even though they're not really useful since if you follow the walkthrough you won't need them at all.
cedrickStats.eloquence.value : eloquence (MAX 5)
cedrickStats.historySkill.value : history (MAX 3)
elion_doverie : elion's trust (MAX 10)
elion_isporch : elion's depravity (MAX 10)
elion_rep : elion's reputation (MIN 0)

I think we're missing a trigger after the first babysitting event. When talking to Elion you say that you should take care of her school, but you when you try to go to her school, nothing happens.
Edit: you need to get your history statt up, do the test in the shop a couple times by clicking on the book pile on your desk.

I've noticed that if you use cheats, you cannot take the history test and if you try to teach Will it says you need to brush up on history.
After having sex with Cornelia twice (apartment and school) and after completing the three scenes with Lilian (blowjob, sex, anal), you will have to go back and visit Lilian and the cutscene should take place.
I've played 150 days in the game after the car accident event. there are nothing happens after that.

Been playing for a little while, I had to start over from the begin and decided to play with cheats to speed things up.
Be careful when playing with cheats I have realized it actually breaks the narrative of the game. I was doing taranee content, and teaching at the school before even meeting wills mom or killing the history teacher so I littler was doing things of order
