Haven't posted in a while, but rest assured I'm still working on the game
This is a new character display screen somebody on the discord suggested so I quickly added it yesterday. You can summon and position each character and then change their faces to your liking. And you can even change the background, and even add your own background image.
Also Luna, Cho, AND Tonks will get their own wardrobe!

I've only just found this game but one thing that bugs me is when you change Hermion's outfit, the on-screen sprite will still be wearing the old clothes... does this mod address this?

Is there a way to give the outfit chang s more consequence? At the moment the chibi is always in standard uniform regardless of what Hermione.
Whenever the little Hermione enters the Dumbledore's office she's always in the normal uniform regardless of what you have set her clothing to i.e. Open shirt, shorter skirt etc.
Unless it's just an issue with my version but it kinda bugs me.

Chibi clothing is not a thing that will happen. Same counts for CG clothing.
There are over a hundred clothing items for Hermione's sprite.
You can't make each of those items fit her different Cg screens or her chibis including every clothing frame! We are talking thousands of immages here.
I f you want an immersive playthrough, use the default clothing, or make the skirt slightly shorter and use the vest without the tie.

my game crashed right after Tonks went of the office, also, resetting Luna's event doesn't work

Then I would suggest you either humbly ask MadMerlin if he would please expand on Cho's content with his next build, or make your own mod filled with all the Cho you can handle.

personally i'd love to see a full on luna mod or trainer one of these days,a game where you play as someone in a position who gets to slowly,over the course of time corrupt ditzy luna into a depraved,obdient play thing who's still her ditzy self,but just now has said depraved side,would be real fun.
