Well - If moving the directory, as the others suggest, works, then great because I cannot replicated the error - I even tried creating a Russian guest account, and the game still worked:

Checking the file integrity and removing registry keys related to the game either manually, using regedit, or using the free version of CCleaner are my last suggestions. It could be a hardware conflict, but Renpy really shouldn't have those problems.

You said you sent gemini the logs? Can you post those logs here? Because here's the deal:

1. Cyrillic *can* work some of the times, but not guarantee to work all of the time on windows systems if they're for that version or isn't supporting that character set. So some characters might work and some might not. I've seen similar things with Japanese and Chinese paths on OS's that aren't built/don't fully support those character set in filesystem path. Just to be safe (and I know this sucks because English isn't my first language either), use the latin character set for things like user names, if nothing else, just to eliminate the possibility. Especially windows as, in the past, they sold different versions of the OS to support different character sets and, I've personally confirmed, can have problems even in win10.
2. Errors like "Non-existent cached files could not be removed" and "Shader file could not be opened" means an access problem. This can range from permission errors (user permissions, being set on read only, trying to run from a zip/archive file, etc.), to path name problems (as above), to OS level problems (anti-virus software, anti-virus, windows defender, etc.). And keep in mind that this could mean both read AND write permissions. But note all of these are OS level problems. If this is happening with all ren'py games, something about your system is not liking ren'py or not allowing python to run. This is especially poignant because all ren'py games, for the windows version, ship with their own version of python. So if *all* ren'py games can't be played, the chances are, for some reason, your OS isn't allowing *various versions of python* to run. You might want to troubleshoot from that angle first.
3. In the linux version of the game, if you run the game via a terminal/shell, it will output console logs from the game. This can give valuable insight as to what's going on at the moment. I recommend trying that (running it from the command prompt) as well for information purposes.
4. If you've moved the game to a path without cyrillic, get new logs from the game. It's possible that the move only solved one of multiple problems. Don't assume just that one thing didn't work, that nothing's changed.

But all in all, this is likely an OS issue. Something in the OS is stopping it from running. It can't be something that's wrong with this ren'pygame if all games ren'py games are not running. Gather logs and gather info and post them here if needed. But this random guess the solution, try something and randomly guessing another solution is a very piss poor way of troubleshooting anything, let alone your specific problem. With that said, on the cheat injectors that I maintain/watch over, recnetly, there has been reports of anti-virus/anti-malware being updated to not allow things to run that ran before. When in doubt, turn off ALL anti-virus/anti-malware (including windows defender if you have it), take the computer off the internet, and run the game again to see if anything changes.

Corrupted Ren'Py storage most likely. Head to %appdata%/Renpy/ and delete the WTS folder. If that does not help, you might need to yeet the entire Renpy directory, but be advised that will most likely affect other Renpy games as well (settings, saves, etc.) so a backup is recommended.

I learned something new today; if you hold down shift as you start a renpy game it opens a configuration page instead of the game - it might not be of any use, might not even work for you, but maybe you can see if changing to directX ( Angle render) or limit it to 30 FPS does anything.

Though, at least in my copy, the configuration menu autocloses in five seconds or so, and it only saves the change if you click on quit, so it's annoying to use, to say the least.

Can you send us the logs? You keep saying the logs says this and that, but we've yet to see them. If none of those work and ALL your renpy games are crashing, it means it's your OS or hardware and I'd like to make sure that's not the case before I send you down the OS/hardware rabbi hole.

Correlation is not causation. The person said that ALL his other renpy games aren't working. What are the chances that all of them are v1.47.1 and above? What are the chances that all of those games were all updated and then tried and then discovered that all of them doesn't work? You know what they say about "assume" is spelled.

got to the point where you need to answer questions about quidditch at this point I lost the ability to save when trying to save on any slot a gray screen with an error pops up but if you start a new game then everything is saved normally I understand the saving is broken? and is it necessary to somehow fix this?
