No.

I played it when it originally launched and the lesbian route the dev said existed had a LOT of issues. One of the main things we complained about was the lesbian love interest got raped by orcs, the dev said he'd remove that.

He never did.

So, between the shit lesbian route of the launch and the "rework", it got worse. There are a couple of tiny scenes with the elf girl but it's not a lesbian route.
