The game has potential but what it need most is content.
I like free roam / sandbox since it is always nice to discover things an see how it will effect the game but at the same time this format is hurt the most when it lacks content.
At the same time some basic trainer features are missing that imo should have been there in the beginning - action moves time forward and some kind of comprehensible character progression. Right now we can repeat all day Ciri`s training and her behavior changes come too abrupt. In generell you need more build-up and character interaction.
After this update I can see that the dev has nice ideas for location and mechanics. I also really enjoy the hardcore stuff but I think that he should have waited with the first release until the game has a more solid foundation.
I will still support the game for a month or two on patreon in hope that it will develop into something nice. We need more well done Ciri trainer games damnit!

Other than doing the same thing day after day, I don't know what to do.
Too bad it got bad.
Unable to do new things.
Kill the goblin ok, but we can't because we are not armed.
It is marked that it will have to be done in the new update.
Ciri is always the same things. No progress with it.
We're not strong enough to do the quest with the rich lady.
Anyway, that's it for this really disappointing version.
It would take a more complete game than this to know where to go and not be able to go to places you didn't equip to or not be strong enough to start a mission without being able to do it. Like the goblin and the rich lady.

Recently discover this kind of 'training' genre, I've played the ahsoka trainer one and is a banger, are there more like this? One with android ports if available

If you're discovering the genre, then go look out for Akabur's work. Princess Trainer is a good one.
Check one Witch Trainer Silver from Silver Studio Game, they're expanding Akabur's original with a lot more content.
Mity's Four Elements Trainer is also a really good one.

Hello. I have a question for you. Just don't make fun of me. Because I know it may be a stupid question. If I finished the game Witch Trainer: Silver Mod. Is there any point in playing Witch Trainer [Final] [Akabur]. Because it is an extension of the game. Is the plot and everything else the same as in the silver mod? Is it just that the Silver mod is longer and has more mechanics?

I honestly don't remember because I played the original a long time ago but I think it's not worth playing the original if you're playing Witch Trainer Silver, it's basically the same game but with more characters and features
So 2026 is about to start! And the game isn't getting any updates! Sad

If you're looking for an alternative, I recommend Monster Huntress. Ciri plays the main role in the game.

Keyboard controls in the game :
Jump with A, Light campfire/torch with F, Access character menu with C, Blink with Q, Dig treasure with D, Sneak with X, Examine scene with E, Rest with R, Call for horse with H.
Smaller file is a fix to quest journal(img.rar) - You need to replace the file and confirm the replacement.
The game has been in development for four years by a single creator. But he has no intention of abandoning the project like this one.

Thank you. I personaly don't like skyrim screen shots, but it is clear that creator put a lot of effort in this project. Most of the dialogue is voiced which is big plus.
