So people that support this dev for $10 a month are apparently not paying enough for this dev's "deluxe" version?

This shit makes me laugh. I'd be pissed if I was paying this dev $120 a year and still getting the standard version of the game. Fuck Patreon devs, seriously. This is why I pirate games. These devs are fucking delusional.

lmao had no idea this game had a deluxe version. id be annoyed but as long as it's optional content that has nothing to do with the story like a few fun lewd scenes you can only see through a gallery wouldn't be a big deal to me. But yeah anything other than something like would feel shitty for sure.

For fuck sake, do developers like this intentionally try to make it harder for people to play their games !?! It honestly seems like they don't even want support.

1. No background on text options, having light text on a light background. So users have to struggle to actually see what is displayed.

2. Rather than leaving the save screen accessible via right click, you offer only a menu. Ren'py's default is perfectly fine. But now the user has to right click, then select the save screen. The main reason a user will right click is to access the save screen, why developers break this boggles my mind.

3-ish. Forgive the screenshots, in the developers infinate wisdom, they've also disabled the screenshot hotkey that everyone knows and expects. The S key. SMH.

People are creatures of habit, and when you go messing with things like that, you break the experience. Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should.

I can't tolerate developers like this. It's utter nonsense.

If I am paying an indie dev $120 a year I better get every fucking thing you offer. AAA games cost 60-90 bucks max and have 10x the amount of content. This game, you'll spend 4-5 hours on it in an entire year.

I mean yeah if you actually spend $120 but the thing is it doesn't cost $120 it's on the individual if they sub all year. Alot just sub for update months and either cancel or go to a lower tier. (tho people that sub for X amount a months base on the tier should be upgraded to the deluxe version if he is going to have 2 versions if he wanted to be fair to everyone)

How i see it pateron should be treated as support or a donation. That's why my stance is as long as it is only some extra bonus content that doesn't matter or effect the main story meh who cares , but is a bit annoying that you have to sub at a higher tier to get that extra content. We just have 2 different views.
