Sadly, the remake won't fix the biggest issue about this game (the insane amount of women that essentially turned mc into a cult leader). I wish BD would cut the amount of women by half and just have a set of like 10 total so as to give them all the time and energy they deserve instead of just having every pair of tits show up to get fucked.

Exactly ! Having less women around , would have given enough time to not only flesh out each , but also drastically reduce the monotony of dialogue with the gist of "wow you're such a nice person , let's join the harem" . Get each of them to actually have a reason to be attracted to you , and more interaction besides "why do you have so many women , it's so hot , let's join the harem". Stuff like Jasmine , seeing you daily , and noticing your "wholesome" relationship and comparing to her crappy one , and wanting that ... is fine . Random hoes you barely talks to , already in love .... meh
It's fair to say he didn't have 1 week without any problem in the last 2 years, so having 2 free weeks without any problem is megasus in itself. Who even trusts one word of his stupid dev reports which includes more of his moaning about himself than normal progress report.

My arbitrary cut on the lineup would be around the time Harper's daughter , Natalie came into play . I don't think that the cheer-leading squad from S1 can be cut , nor would need to . They just need more fleshing out and solo scenes . So keeping in mind the will to remove incest : Jaimie , Shauna , Bailey , Stacy , Jasmine , Rainn , Zoe , Rachel , Natalie , Harper , Emiko , Tia
A lot of the women involved in the pregnancy gigolo thing i'd cut except maybe Anna (and only because of plot relevance) ... or rather i'd turn into side pieces for one off scenes and non serious flings and space em out a lot more , to favor main girls . I'd cut Katie out , she barely is even used , despite in a so called important position . She lost any relevance with Willabelle popping up , before she did anything with the team
Some character like Kimmy , Elizabeth , Penelope , Mackenzie , Skye , Willabelle and anyone important i likely forgot , i'd slowly introduce in the harem through season 2 or 3 as their plot actually develop and lead somewhere . To be fair it kinda happened for some like Willabelle and Skye .
I'm talking out of my *ss , having zero experience in the matter , but basically i wanna avoid a situation where a character supposedly important is introduced , clearly into you but nothing happens moving that plot along (if the character even really show up at all) for over 5 chapters . Like Stacy being a centerpiece early then pushed aside, or Katie introduced as a somewhat big deal... then it fizzles

The easiest way to select the 10 characters is just to go with Tier 0 and Tier 1 cast.
Tier 0-Jamie and Shauna-obviously they take 2 spots.
Tier 1-so far we know 5 characters-Rachael,Willabelle,Harper,Stacy and Natalie-that's another 5 spots.
And we have 3 more.
I think Tier 1 will be also Elizabeth,Jasmine and Zoe.
Sadly that means we should forget about all other girls and clients too.

It may suck at first, but having less girls means more time with them where they no longer feel hollow. Like over half the girls as is don't need to be apart of this harem. For me, here are the list of girls I'd keep and the rest would be in the game, but not there as fuck dolls and would only be there as a means to help add to the story for mc without devolving into wanting to fuck him:
Bailey, Elizabeth, Jamie, Jasmine, Kimmy, Natalie, Penelope, Shauna, Stacy, and Tia.
I chose those out of how a) they are diverse enough to give everyone a girl they're into, b) each plays a decent role in the story, and c) keeps it to a core cast. I didn't add Zoe, Rachael, Willabelle, and Harper because having them as support without having them be mc's fuck toys feels far better for a story.
It might have been better for the story if he did. He will not do it though because it would hurt the amount of money he makes. He would be cutting really popular characters.

well, jokes on you because he just introduced like 6 new bitches to be cataloged into the ol' pokedex that are seemingly important to the plot of MC becoming the next patriarch of pussy...... Honestly, at this point, I'm not sure what the plot is or was anymore it's just this ever-moving target.
It's been about 5 months since I made this comment, so I'd forgotten about it. All the recent discussion about harem bloat reminded me. Honestly, I was joking, because I assumed the MC's internal monologue was BD's way of acknowledging the excessive rate of increase of the harem and signaling a pause.
And yet... storywise, he does not make it a full day before hooking up with multiple new women is an option.
They're not officially harem members yet, but there isn't really a barrier at this point since Jamie and Shauna approvingly watched the orgy. His interest in Hermione is explicitly called out, both in internal monologue and by Demetria. Sheltered Annie is coming out of her shell after watching the others and sitting with Jamie and Shauna. It sounds like she's planning on ditching her arranged marriage with the intent to join the harem. The other members of the investor group are creepily obsessed with him. They're already signed up via Rachael to have his babies, but they jumped his bones early. Ryann in particular appears to have a connection with his past, with her tattoos triggering an odd feeling and a memory. She's definitely going to be a recurring presence. On top of that, there's Aditi. All interactions with her have been nonsexual and wholesomely protective, but this is WVM. We know she's going to be an option later, especially since she has now officially been hired to be his harem's maid (well, the subset of the harem that is his management team living in the second house).

I like this game, but I was a little disappointed with this update... I didn't miss these millionaire whores, the previous girls are worth much more... I know that this yacht meeting was necessary, but if the author wanted sex, then Eden would be better making a sex film should have been placed here... I still think that quality content of 10-20 girls is worth more than MC fucking all the whores in the world...
