No that was Ben Reilly Scarlet Spider I who took his first nme from Uncle Ben Parker and used Aunt May's Maiden name Reilly for his surname but he never used Parker

No, it's only the first Day 7 update. Usually there are several of those released as betas to higher-tier Patrons, culminating in the complete update available to all patrons.

it'll likely be just the first part of the morning right after waking up and heading to school
It varies. Usually a weekly update is 2-3 "scenes". The amount of the "day" is completely variable.
You don't HAVE To play every weekly update. You can just wait until the full update in several weeks.
