For "Brubru": I think it's a bit ridiculous too, but I don't mind at all. After all, some adults still call each other by childhood nicknames worse than this one. If this nickname is in a variable, it will be very easy to modify it by adding an option in the preferences or elsewhere. If not, you'd have to modify the dialogs.
Edit: yes, as micmitja just pointed out, if the KoGa mod allows you to do this, your problem is solved. 
For "I mean": I've noticed it too, and I admit it can be enervating at times.
There are some games I have played in the last few months that went HARD CORE with the "I Mean" "Yeah, No", "I gueeess" and starting a sentence with "Because', sometimes at the beginning of EVERY sentence (SEE that the entire point, sure HAVE "I mean" or "Because" in the MIDDLE of a paragraph, just don't START one with it), so this is mild by comparison to some, STILL I can see when this game started using it.
As far as the NAME CHANGE that
micmitja mentioned, I only download the walkthrough, completely skipping even reading much else for cheats or music, SO I downloaded the proper mod from Koga (awesome fixer on that one), and NOW she doesn't sound like she is trying to lick the windows, bite her own ear, profusely drooling or dragging her club foot lol.

Oh as far as Cedey goes, I considered leaving that since it doesn't sound retarded to me, though he still could use her name, so I will just switch it back.
Edit: is there any way we can stop the girl that's still in University Jaimie from getting pregnant, I didn't see that option in the mod.
That's something else that's far-fetched, how about waiting till she gets her degree before she becomes a baby factory?
