I've attached a subset of the decompiled sources for version 1 where I did the following:

changed all renpy.block_rollback() to pass statements
enabled config.developer (and thus the console)
Fixed the mouse wheel to do rollback as Renpy intended and not bring up the stupid history window like Hentai devs prefer
Put escape back to exit the console and not do the main menu popup
re-enabled autosave and quick save (but didn't really look at the load/save screens to see where they may be hiding)

The game seems to run fine so far, but I didn't go the extreme to load it into a new project in my own SDK. So I'm using its original Linux runtime.

Just verified that the re-enabled autosave is working fine.

How do I use these and the patches for 2?

Also, was the glitch in 3 ever fixed, someone mentioned a disappearing character?

Anyone has a walkthrough for the X-ChangeR aka Renewal?
It supposedly add another ending but all I can find seem like walkthroughs for the original game.

It's pretty simple, early in the game you get a new choice from the original.
"Go to the staff room"
"Give up and go home"
"Go to class"

The first option introduces Kate and if you pick "Talk to Terada-senpai" in the next choice you get on her path. The ending you get there is determined by the "Attack her"/"Restrain yourself" choice.

The second option puts you on the principal's path.

The third option let's you just play the vanilla game without meeting Kate.
