A couple of suggestions:

1. To make things more realistic. At first, have the player be more disgusted with performing sexual acts on males as a female and really resist wanting to transform and have sex with men. The men in the universe could play up that the EE is a sissy boy and secretly wants to be a girl and suck dick, get fucked etc. It would be fun to see the players barriers break down overtime until they're a willing submissive good girl at the extreme.

2. Expand playing as a dominant, masculine male and have the ability to target office rivals with feminizing them and breaking down their barriers until they're your office slut. (I think this is already on the roadmap and I understand why the female stuff is being worked on first)

3. Expand the skills system. At first, your blowjobs should be terrible as you've never given one before. So for example, if your level 1 blowjobs, maybe include a text description of what your doing and how awkward you're being. Then the guys can respond by berating and degrading your skills (e.g. wow this sissy wants to be a girl but can't even suck cock etc.) I'd love to see the progression of being a newbie cock sucker to taking it like a champ.

Thanks for the suggestions! Overall there is going to be more reluctance / progression content with sex and sex skills, and there will be non-player guys that will take pills etc. But the game will never have sissy related content just because I am not into it. In X-Change lore, taking a pill effectively swaps your biological sexual orientation, so you wouldn't be dealing with as much disgust, etc as you would expect. Although there will definitely be mental hurdles to get over, disgust would be slightly too strong for the theme. It will ultimately be a "my mind's telling me no, but my body's telling me yes" kind of situation.


In other news, a VERY ambitious mod was just release, adding a new playable character!

May I suggest a future mod that does more with the coffee shop in the mall. Perfect place for some drink-spiking with varies x-change pills, be they pills that ain't selling at the other end of the mall to some crazed mixed some mad genius can't wait to test out. Hopefully this mod paves the way for more such mods. I know it is a TON of work (because I've effectively done 10 of them lol, each one represents MONTHS of effort when all is said and done, 100+ outfits, gathering the sex positions, the audio files, and then adding descriptions for each one... but the dedication is showing clearly in the modding community that they will be up to the task, and I will do my best to support it. My next job will be to make the game code more modular so that these types of mods won't often break compatibility often...

Clear your entire web cache and/or use incognito/inprivate mode. Whatever they did to their site a long way back caused any old cache information to be used in place of a fresh download from the site.

Another thing that I think might be fun is gigs. They could come from random interactions, or through the computer. I think gigs using clone pills (or maybe like the new u) would be fun:

• Movie (high charm): an actress quit/got sick/hung over and they need her replacement in makeup and wardrobe NOW. You have to remember your lines and look natural for the cameras and give it your all for sexy scenes. What happens after the shoot? Or is it a very different kind of movie than you expected?
• Husband's kink: a lady's husband has a fantasy she doesn't want to do so she hires you to take her place.
• Party girl test (high intelligence): a rich party girl didn't study and she needs to pass her class. Is it a private exam with a proffessor she's been teasing? Or maybe you go to the bathroom during the test and one of her classmates knows her reputation and corners you in there, and you have to get him off so you can get back in time to finish the test
• Ex-girfriend: a guy wants to fuck his ex girlfriend one last time. You discover that her body responds to rough treatment, so you can try make him angry to egg him on by saying things like "I was cheating on you the whole time" and "if you fucked me harder we'd still be together"
• An influencer who rents herself out for date nights, she accidentally scheduled two on the same night. You have to mimic her personality
• Debut (high fitness/masculinity): a porn company does transformation debuts where they turn macho men into submissive sluts. you knock on the door male and leave different. $$$ bonuses based on how you do. Beware: everyone will see it (changes reputation, you might get recognized in public and even approached and offered pill as a man)

One good thing about gigs with clone pills I think is that you can make any scene fit in too.

A few more ideas for clone or other gigs:

• A VIP will come to a nightclub and his favorite bottle girl has quit, they need someone to pretend to be her

You can see in the save file size, that XCL save file sizes are under 1mb, mine are usually around 200kb. It used to be that Harlowe would continue storing every "turn" of data, but now it no longer does if you use the (forget-undos etc macros.

XCL may not *seem* more complex from the outset, because it hides a lot of its complexity from the player and tries to present things simply. But if you take a look at the NPC generation etc under the hood, the cock database, the clothing database and sex position database, it is handing quite a large amount of stuff.

Most people do have good performance on Firefox, there are just so many things going into browser performance. My desired future state is to release an electron app that will have more access to system resources.


Me too! My goal is to continue supporting it, building it more into a "platform" than just a game, so that people can make their own mods and storylines.

That is an amazing idea, not only can people enjoy your game but they'll be able to be involve in some aspect of the game as well.

I can't run the mod-loader-1.1.2 file to install this mod. I have Java installed, but it does not start. Black screen and then turns off. Is there another way to install the mod?

The mod loader is the only way to install it. You can report your issue with the mod loader on the modding section of the Discord. Needs to be Java 8, and I typically start the mod loader using the command line command here:

There is a code module in the game that checks save files for non-existent variables that have been newly added, this mod may not have used it to patch older saves.

You can just replace the .mp3 files, only need to keep the same name.
