Only if you mean pics inside are the same, bcs zips names are different
if that's the case, someone need to share them both again to compare

Yes the pics are the same even though the files are named differently. I found the correct January 2019 on Kemono. Here is a pixeldrain mirror

You might have noticed that for the past couple of months, only artists on Patreon were being updated. Apparently the other platforms archived on there have been introducing methods to counter the site which is why you've posts from them slowly fizzle out. Hopefully they get at least Patreon to work again.
