I would expect it to be placed by the creator and not someone else, unless they share an image of version 0.7
Recently, some game updates have been leaked prior to the public release (I think this has happened with every post-V0-1 update for this game in particular). Though, they usually leak closer to the public release. It's rare, if at all, it gets leaked before the Silver Member release.
