I remember really liking this game when I found it. But as time went on it got more buggy and grindy and harder to get to the things I wanted. Or they were blocked somehow.
Has the bug situation improved? There's a lot more version numbering but I feel like that doesn't mean much if the game doesn't play too well.

Just wanted to post a bug.
when you are starting mustrubating with horse or dog dildo for stretching it adds values to character
Vaginal capacity: $mainChar.sexStats.vaginalCapacity
Anal capacity: $mainChar.sexStats.analCapacity
but also changes their values to NaN, So when you are continuing doing that it does not increase these values but keeps them as NaN. Thou if you will manually change it into numerical value then it works fine.
If you will go to the barn and try to have sex or anal while these values are still on NaN it just gives empty page with no text and back link on it.

Your image folder is very messy.
With v6.4 (6.4.1 I have not loaded now, but there will be no differences) very often double paths. You can find the same three pictures under
\ YM-Offline \ pics \ teasing \ bathroom \ base as well as under
\ YM-Offline \ pics \ teasing \ bathroom \ shower \ base.
The same with all the family's shower pictures.
There are 8 pictures in
\ YM-Offline \ pics \ shower \ sister. 5 There are also under
\ YM-Offline \ pics \ bathroom \ shower \ sister
where the gif washing4.gif cannot be opened in both folders.
It runs through almost all folders, so that the volume could easily be reduced by 40% if the folders were cleaned up and the paths in the game adjusted accordingly.

I feel like I always see this game get updated, but I just come back to it and there is no content added or it just gets buggier

not a single one, which is the problem with such games. The scenes must match the story and setting of the game in context. When I unlock a scene in a fantasy/horror/SiFi setting that takes place at a luxury swimming pool, I feel awkward. But it's probably too expensive to shoot extra scenes for a game. Although Brazzers or Digital Sin could realize this.

The instructions say to merge the Main Pics Folder contents with the pics folder in the offline .exe folder. There is no pics folder in the game folder with the .exe to merge with ... is there supposed to be? It's just the .exe and the instructions text file.

Well there is Whore of Babylon, but even though they make a big deal out of having hired a model, the images are still mostly just stolen porn with a handful of custom-shot photos thrown in. AFAIR some of the MC images in Stranded were also shot for the game, but I could be wrong about that.
So my answer would be: Not many.
If the horse actually can get Maria pregnant right now, any chance of leaving that as a toggleable option? I'm sure there's some twisted freaks like me out there that would like that to remain
