Low effort trash. Tags are wrong, there's no pregnancy content. And does this even count as NTR? The guy sees it happen and doesn't stop it, so this is simply cheating content.
No music, no sound effects, no voice acting, no gameplay, no nothing. The writing is horribly boring. This is the same level as a porn video. Worthless shovelware.

Giving this a try because of the pregnancy tag + screenshot, but my expectations are already super lowered.
UPDATE: Wow, that was really bad.
Pros:
Not as racist as the typical "My wife cucks me with my officemate bully" output from this guy, because there's a white bully too. DIVERSITY WIN!
The model used for the white bully is actually attractive, if not a blatant plagiarism of Chris Hemsworth.
Short and gets to the point.
Doesn't get too weird NTR-logicy.
Cons:
No choices at all, no animation either. It's a series of still images with a bunch of really bad dialogue.
It's dialogue like this that makes people hate NTR games. Basically runs through the checklist of NTR/cuckolding tropes and ticks them off one by one.
False advertisement, doesn't have pregnancy content. It's more impregnation, then epilogue shows you your wife knocked up.
The dialogue is just so unoriginal, and it sounds like bad cucking RP on tumblr circa 2017.
The anal sex isn't particularly highlighted either.

Sounds like netorase. Or, the absolute worst kind of NTR, and one of the more difficult wanks you can have. Haven't played this one--one Kirsess game was enough for me. You're right that these games are shovelware trash.

Netorase is when the cuck organizes the whole scenario, in other words he talks his wife into cuckolding him then finds a man to fuck her in front of him. While her cheating behind his back does technically classify as netorare in the dictionary definition of the term, when talking about the genre, it is only netorare if the cuck finds out about it, if he doesn't, then it falls under the "cheating" tag.
Based on definitions from vndb, this would be netorare type A, where the girl seeks to cuckold her boyfriend/husband. Type B is where the wife is stolen away, at first unwilling but soon coming to prefer the netori guy. Type C is pretty much rape by a third party, the girl is unwilling from beginning to end.
