yeah and it look like DLSS translation / compatibility layer issue thing and DX12 cant run on this game will create problem as most 9070xt are in fact native DX12 and have compatibility layer for the other directX so if the dev was able to find / fix the DX12 launch it will be probably fine
Well, the author posts a single update every 6 months or so, so I'd expect... ya know... progress, not a seemingly pointless rework of a large number of features, especially since, as far as I can tell, the game had already undergone a serious rewrite in the past.
This kind of approach leaves bad taste for me, because there was already one other game I was looking forward to that got reworked a bunch of times before being completely abandoned (Saria Reclaimed).
As far as I know Dx12 and UE4 aren't the best combination. There are some amd gpus that are able to run it with Dx12 as these which don't have the issue on dx11 - might be something to do with the amd drivers as well.
Are the screenshots accurate to what is actually in the game? How do I get the all-the-way-through tentacle animation?
If you're on the latest version, then no, they are not accurate. They are from the 3.9(...) patreon build.
Also I may be wrong, but I've not been able to get any of the gangbang (3+ enemies) animations to play in the 4.0(...) build, only the DP ones (2 enemies), so the tentacle animation from the first screenshot is in the game, but the second and third screenshot ones are not available.
There's another "all the way through" animation though, pretty sure it was the single tentacle anal 3 or 4 that has it.
If the 4.0xx build posted here is just the public version, then it won't have the multiple partner scenes; only the Patreon builds have access to those (and the cheat menu).
As far as the screenshots in the OP go, I'm pretty sure all of them are still in the newest version with few if any changes- it's just a matter of whether you're on the Public or Patreon build that you get access to the 2 or 3+ animations.
Well, none of the locations shown in those screenshots are present in the game anymore, that's a sure even on a patreon build, so there's that.
Is that... a big deal? Feels like a non-issue to me. If your concern is that the screenshots are no longer representative of the game, take some new ones and see if a mod will replace the old ones. If it's that old, actually noteworthy locations might not come back, relax- there's a chance Horn will reintegrate them once he brings back some of the story quests from the last major build.

subscribe for update. big potential game!
I have 9070XT. Dxvk solve graphics problems for me. Download latest version from github, unpack dxgi.dll and d3d11.dll to Yuna\Binaries\Win64.
I've just subscribed to the Patreon page for a paid membership and joined the Discord server. The creator himself is very responsive and responded to my questions there!
Also, how do you get the DP and all the way through scenes? I'm on the latest version and cannot seem to encounter it.

Depends.
If you're in the normal mode, you have to level up your familiarity with an enemy or something (the thingy you check in one of the status windows), which unlocks tiers of animations during consensual sex (like how you have 5 tiers of animations and 5 levels of familiarity with a mob).
If you're in H-mode, all animation tiers and you can switch to them in the few initial stages of sex (not exactly sure how that works exactly, let's say you have 5 animation stages, if you go to the 2nd stage you can only switch between animation tiers of the same sex type) during casual sex, which technically is an unlockable perk, but H-mode activates all (most?) of those perks anyway.
So in case of one of those all-the-way-through tentacle animation you have sex with a single tentacle, click the anal sex icon in the bottom left of the screen and select tier 4 or so (idk which one it was).
When it comes to DP (and probably gangbang too), when you have sex with a single enemy and either have the relevant perk unlocked or are in H-mode, you get a list of nearby enemies on the right of your screen. Each enemy will have an icon showing what kind of sex they want to perform and this will change which DP (gangbang?) animation they'll play, which afaik you can't change the same way you can do with single enemy sex. You can, however, switch your first enemy to any position to mix with the next enemy's position to influence which group sex animation will be played, then select the second (or third) enemy to have them join.
Personally I don't play the "normal" mode, because the combat is garbo and you're more likely to die from enemies animation cancelling attacks (which still happens with tentacles even in H-mode, if you run into them, you instantly die) than to get raped, which makes obtaining the surrender/entice "skill" pretty damn annoying.
Does anyone know why I'm having this problem? I enter the game, it runs for about 5 minutes, closes, and gives this error.
I tried to initialize it in DX12 but I couldn't, it gives an error when I open the game.

The MC keeps dying during sex. In an adult game. What the hell devs? You could've made her lose consciousness or something instead of killing her.

If you have your GPU overclocked you should reset it to factory settings. If it doesn't help try lowering the GPU core frequency.
Do the reasonable thing and enable the H-mode in the settings.
Now, you generally won't die to mobs (they'll prioritize grab moves, but occasionally may still do normal attacks), except if you run into tentacles, because they are bugged and play the attack animation when you get near them, so if you get too close, you run into the damage hitbox and die (to bypass this, you have to walk up to them slowly and they'll do a grab instead).
You'll also never die in sex due to stamina depletion or whatever is that garbage minigame supposed to be about.
Huh. At the resolution I'm playing (1920x1200) the Gameplay menu in the Settings cannot be clicked. So I thought that it's just disabled for the time being and wasn't even aware that there's this H-mode there that can be enabled. Now I've changed the resolution to 1848x792 and the Gameplay menu became accessible.
