Play patreon version. Story mode hasn't been updated for some time in terms of quests and other "story" stuff, and Arena has been changed a lot. So it's better to avoid story content for now.
Have you finally solved the problem? I encountered the same issue when starting the patron version.

Please ready some Pages Back how to bypass the patreon Login. You need to change your screen setting to 21:9 and then you could see the Main menue underneath the Login. From there, you can easily click on new Game and stuff. You will need a control panel for that first, like AMD Panel or Nvidia.
No need too bypass anything, just start exe file in "Yuna\Binaries\Win64" folder.
That's won't be an issue after some skill leveling, there's quite a lot of good effects in character progression and it comes fast enough
It comes even faster with the cheat menue. Just max the Juna level, then redeem those points to the skills. Set to 0, then back to 8 again. Repeat to max everything in no time. ^^

No need to bypass anything and start any .exe file. Dev just turns on his authenticator when patreon version is leaked for a week or less and then just turns it off.
I agree that her initial stamina is way too low. But her speed is pretty ok even at the beginning. With maxed stamina (8 points into stamina talents) she can run for 12 seconds, for the game it's fine. And the speed is relative, you can run fast enough to get away from the enemies. Armor weight and debuffs slow you down. I don't get your point about cumflation traits, without what MC is slow as a snail? If your MC is slow you either wearing heavy armor or your belly is filled with some stuff.
What is there to not get? I already described it: The moment I got the those traits (i.e. for the reduction of the speed debuff when inflated with cum) she became an olympic sprinter. She's literally faster being inflated with cum than she is "empty" and this holds true until ~2L when it starts to taper off, but she's still faster until like 4L than she's with just movement speed traits which only give +25% movement speed in total.
