another question, in this new version, some "paths" are accessible only when passing thru arenas??? if that so good luck without the H-mode enabled ... every arena spawns like 50-100 enemies im level 15 on all trees and without it I barely survived... ONCE i guess I need more levels

But it is included. You can literally complete all quests, boss fights, etc. with sex; how is that not being "within the main gameplay loop"?
If you want to interact with the game through H content only, just do it.
You can make a full sex build, alternate between it, or not at all.
It's like saying Skyrim's one-handed skill tree isn't in the gameplay loop despite it being an option for you to choose right there.
Run the game using DirectX 12, that solves your problem. Create a shortcut to the .exe file, go to properties, and do as shown in the image; that solves your problem. My graphics card is an RX 570, and it solved the problem.
This problem is occurring because of the DirectX 11 version you're using to run the game.
Dev said that this is the issue with amd and some asset but he don't know which element causes it.
So, as I explained above, the problem is that the Yuna .exe file is automatically running with DirectX 11, and that's why it's causing these problems. Running it with DirectX 12 automatically solves this problem; I, for example, was having this problem.

You can also try to disable contact shadows (the very last option in graphics settings)

Wow, this game is a nightmare to play, nothing seems to make sense, I can't find the quests journal, the quest markers work when they feel like it... It feels like the game reviewers played and the one I played are not the same

My only complaints with the new release are the forced arenas and most areas having nothing but the basic two enemies and occasional spitters. Seems to have less variety now and arenas suck, they're a slog. In the old releases the player could avoid combat entirely and run past enemies or lure them out one or two at a time to kill with sex. Every enemy in an arena instantly comes after you and beating the arenas with just sex is ridiculously time consuming.
I like the idea the new direction is going for, but not the execution. Optional arenas and more enemy variety are needed.

Mmhm. I initially thought to use this technique to try and better survive the arena fight in the early stages. It was the first time a porn game caused me existential exhaustion.
