get a lot of corruption, get the sanity per climax perk(don't take the climax skill, it's garbage), max out enemy knowledge, use preferred sex type for the enemy(it's shown on the bar ui), avoid gangbangs with anyhting stronger than a zombie before you reach 200 corruption(corruption makes her cum faster, and the more she cums the more sanity is generated), get all the mind perks in the sex tree. personally, i don't recommend active sex build, cause it provides no sanity resistance like passive sex does, and also you'll have to manually click through 2-3 dozens of enemies.
don't use nymphs before getting corruption to dmg/hp/def upgrades cause they suck ass otherwise and when their sanity expires they will drain yours, because they keep hitting 0 sanity and "dying" in the sex scene.
Preferred damage works weird with gangbangs: sometimes it deals dmg to both as if preferred hole was used and sometimes it doesn't

i think you totally should go and say that on the yuna's dev discord my brother, i'm sure they will greatly appreciate the alternative and all that
Try setting the GPU's core frequency to AMD's default value or slightly lower.
It seems the fastest way to get yuna (without cheating) is to invest on getting yuna by swallow, or liking sperm (10% chance), and unlocking the ability to lick sperm form the skin, also investing on nymphs. I have 5 nymphs now, have 90% unlocked on the nymph side, the nymphs don't deplet my stress, only when they spawn because they are recovering their health. The nymphs collect sperm, I lick. From impossible to complete the PoE perks, to doable, just grinding.
And better yet, I go to the arena, surrender, then deplete the simb health but don't press space leave it suspended, the 5 nymph clean everything, I have 100% upgrades on the nymph side now, they in 5 seconds or less finish each simbs. Each arena gives me a some amount of yuna from the nymph work, and i'm filled with sperm to lick, for a significant amount of yuna from each arena. No ammo needed. Then go for the next arena. This is the fastest way to get yuna, now I'm upgrading the YUNA PoE side. And have massive sex skill exp.
I have a very upgraded rifle and pistol, but i'm farming yuna, there is little need to shoot anything aside from the crystals.
EDIT: I have over 500 corruption. Corruption is a necessary for everything to work better. And surrender with nymph around works very well on hordes protecting the crystals too.
Also I play on hardest dif (infection 8) have high tier upgraded underware, there is no point in armor, too heavy and simbs hit too hard, best to evade that to get hit.

unless those are old screenshots, dying multiple times to maybe get sexual content, while not having a gallery? sounds like a lot of extra steps just to get to the part people are here for

game has an H-mode which negates the whole dying part, enemies will only grab you, well like 95% of the time, but you wont die during sex at least
At high infection levels the yuna drops from shooting enemies is not bad, but cost significant ammo, specialy on arenas. Surrender with nymphs around is more easy going and less risky, you just hope that the animation doesn't hang and forces you to reload the game.

Hi everyone. Does anyone know how to get rid of those white/black lines or flashes that sometimes appear on the map? I don't have a screenshot right now, but they're lines, or sometimes they cover the screen for a few seconds. Thanks in advance.

i think it was fixed with dx12 but not sure if the method still works on current version, try using the search bc the issue was discussed already

my nymphs broke after maxing out everything in that tree tho. kinda just grab an enemy and tp to 0,0,0 coordinates of the map seems like. have to wait like 5 minutes or change location and hope that helps. occasionaly they get forced to tp to me, but then they repeat the loop. also they can break your current interaction: if you're not fast enough out of struggle mode they can snatch your enemy and you'll be softlocked in the sex scene.

When I open the game in pendrive in my gaming laptop a black screen covers 95% of the game window why????
