Can i start with the UE5 Version or should i go with UE4 first?

Just do the UE5 version; going forward, updates will always be in that version. When the UE5 version finishes the final quest from the earlier UE4, there's will not have been any difference in content. Ofc, new scenes added after that point will exist in the UE5 version.
All apartments can be reached by doing this:
- Go to the Hospital (daytime)
- Immediately turn around (so the hospital is behind you)
- Leave the hospital area by going on the pink transport indicator.
- Once you're on the main Z-Island map again, turn right and walk forward a little bit
- The very first building that follows (so adjacent to the hospital) are the apartments
If you've already spoken to the girl (who dances) and she's asked for a drink, tequila should show up in the bartender's inventory. If that girl has not yet asked for a drink, I don't believe the tequila will be available. The trigger for that spawning in her inventory is the mini-quest, which begins once she asks for a drink.
If you've already had her ask and it doesn't show up, try talking to the dancing girl again (in case somehow it ended up in your own inventory anyway). If that doesn't work, I'd report it as a bug to GTS (the developer).
