I would like to know if a full translation it's available (not a MTL one)

You can't interact with that door in the English version so you either have to copy your save to Japanese version and get past that door or use no clip cheat.

It's really saddening, they were very close to finishing the translation of this game. Well at least according of the last few updates from them on that ULMF thread.

Meanwhile, the dev released a doujinshi of the game on BOOTH.pm. Too bad the website doesn't accept Paypal or credit cards issued outside Japan.

You will need a new version of the game which you can get on svscomics (Also its still not fully translated but almost)
Keep in mind that you might get error: status 0xc000012f.
So you will need to delete the nw.dll file from the most recent version of the game and replace it with the same file from an old version or with the Japanese version.
