Please don't change the antagonist's design! I personally am okay with the antagonist being more handsome and timid, it's a refreshing take compared to the usual playboy/bbc which is overdone and (personally) untasteful. But I also hope to see Sophia and the doctor's relationship actually have meaning and connection, seeing them develop understanding and affection for each other on a deeper level than just following the "sleazy man corrupts lonely wife" trope which often lacks character depth. Anyways, the game looks good so far and I hope to see it updated
