The sewer is really weird. There's no active way to get the frogs, so you have to get stripped naked and let them lick you.

Almost missed it because of the cheat mod, but once you're naked its fine.

can we legit stop labeling things as having pregnancy when it isn't a prominent feature in the game? this game would be fine to have the label if it was like Parasite in City where she actually gets pregnant from mobs but i have played for hours now and haven't found the content
