I did read a lot of comment about gallery but didnt see anything about implementing one yet, so it's still a one-time scene each time u unlock something? Not possible to play the game then watch the stuff ? even unlocked the cheats but it only gives salvages stuffs, no gallery room or so...
You can repeat the scens by talking to the girls at the right place/time of day

Maybe try to talk with the girl, have you the quest listed on the quests menu?
