After you have seen the credits go to Ann's lab and complete her requests. Once that is done let a day pass. When you go downstairs you should get a phone call. This will be the start Mary's quest.

How to get Leslie/Caroline/Rachel 4-some BJ scene?

You need to unlock the swimsuit costumes.

It that one that introduces Professor Ann, you can find her in the underground lab behind the build in the campsite.
After you've completed her quest, go to bed till the next day, head downstairs and you should get a phone call.

If you did day 1 Rachel and did glory hole (may also take talking to Rachel after), then Day 2 take Leslie to the bathroom, a scene with Rachel will play if you do glory hole again.
