Cliffhangers can be useful, and this one *is* fairly mild, but it shouldn't be leaned on too much. They can leave a bad taste in people's mouths and cause people to stew on the possible negativity that might come after for a long time. Sometimes an update should end on a cliffhanger, but also sometimes it should end on a high note to give positive anticipation to the coming events. It can be a balance.

How is this even a cliffhanger? Now we know that Ori didn't go straight to the church to snitch and she don't seem mad and wants a serious talk. If the game had ended before they got on the train station we would have not known anything about what Ori has done. *That* would have been a cliffhanger.

0.21.1 -> 0.21.2 just a bug fix, right?

I'd say so. Images directory is the same size and number of files between 21.1 and 21.2. Lot of changes to files in the /game/ directory tho... so I'd say it's bug fixes.

Also Dev has stated on Patreon/Itchio that only difference between 21.1 and 21.2 is PC/Mac specific stuff... so seems PC/Mac bug fixes, while actual content is the same as the Android version which is 21.1.

Cliffhangers is an old word that started many 100 years ago. Then every episode ended with a cliffhanger, 1001 Night for example. So if you should use cliffhangers right you have to end every episode with it else it isn't cliffhangers. So, the Dev uses it rightly.

I like the pace of updates. Some games that updates every 6 months I have to restart as I've forgotten what has happend. That's why I like this better. I never have had to restart this game.
