Wednesday 23:00, visit Ann and renew lessons. That's in the mod walkthrough. Proper lessons start when you have to open the door instead of just finding Ann on the bed. If you visit Ann's bedroom and instantly see her on the bed without opening the door, do not do lessons that are available in that dialog.
While doing those once per week events you could finish events with Ann, Max and Alice next to TV and fix authority level with sisters. You also missed some events with Lisa or took wrong steps there as relationship level with Lisa is low.

You will get that petite blonde back in .17 version content. It is in walkthrough and in spoiler.
There is no point in increasing relationship levels now. Mod is not checking them. Lisa in warm relationship just shows that you missed couple of events or made wrong choices at the start of the game.

it's on the first page. and if you use a cheat mod, my warning is to ONLY use it for money & to change their mood occasionally. don't play around with their feelings, etc. it'll screw up quests down the road

Certainly I agree that the current English dialogue needs to be improved and I appreciate your efforts.
Among the places where I felt probably there was a mistake in translating the original dialogue into English, the place that I still remember was the sentences containing the word “egg”. I checked your version of English in mod.txt . There was one sentence containing the word and the sentence is quoted below.

The expression, ‘I even get eggs from excitement.’ is still awkward and not clear in its meaning to me. I guess you missed the sentence when you did the correction work . I hope this was the only part that escaped your attention. Or maybe I am wrong since English is a foreign language to me.
