Just comes down to personal preference really - for some ppl, an ugly guy paired with an attractive girl is especially taboo and degrading. Understandable if it's not your thing, though!

Like, am I missing something here? These choices don't actually seem to change anything. There are 2 boxes of dialogue difference between some scenes, and if you let her go, you just don't get a sex scene, but nothing actually changes in the story. Like, the features and story synopsis feel very bait and switch to enhance the psychological horror jump scare stuff.
