Regular ram? I installed 32 on my laptop. Anyone can do that if they have something other than a crappy Dell from 2010. It's like 100 bucks for dual channel dual rank 32 gb ram at 3000 mhz.y'know i should've expected as much but wow, it ate 5.8 gig of ram snap crackle pop, i guess i should compliment the compression on getting the rar under 2 gig?
editto: wow it appears i didn't look carefully, it uses 8 gigs in the opening scene, not a game for laptops lol
That aside, for this game, I love The Third crisis but I'm not gonna shell out money for this just yet and apparently with a scene locked I'm not going to bother with the demo. You might have had me otherwise, I've paid for games with less of a chance of being a thing.

In fairness, Anduo have made one of the best H games around in Third Crisis which does have multiple endings on different branches pairing loads of quality animated scenes with good writing. It may lack a 'True Ending' but there's more finalized content there than in most well-regarded completed RPGM games. If there's a studio worthy of your good will, it's them.

That's true but 3D animation, modeling, and level design is a whole different ballpark. Idk how 3D animation is these days, but when I dabbled in it back in the mid 2000s I'd say it was a pain in the damn neck.

True, it's crazy the amount talent that stuff requires. Vote of confidence though, they provide Patreons with regular detailed reports on the dev progress of both games and from what I've seen of their 3d department working on Erokin, they are crazy talented people.
All those who believe that Third Crisis is so different that it will have no bearing on this 3D game should consider this. The fact that they put out an already good game with a lot of content and polish that has been developed over a long period means they AT LEAST have a work ethic that can be maintained over a long period of time. They definitely have more drive and willingness than a lot of other devs out there who release a 0.0000000001 alpha version with almost no working mechanics and even less content and then proceed to drop it entirely.
Not much of a Demo, just a showpiece. No actual gameplay.

Slightly shocking that "sorta finished with no end in sight but at least more finished than other also unfinished projects" is the bar for 'deserves good will.' And unless there are some endings I missed in Third Crisis, you're being hella generous with them and might as well count game overs as hard closure content too.
The poster you're quoting is the one who's right here. I get that they're making ridiculous sums with Third Crisis as most Patraeon farm games are, and yes, it's of good quality, but he's right in that unless they doubled their team and each works utterly independently one game or another is going to suffer.
That's without already putting paid scenes in a freaking game that people will overpay for via patreon/subscribestar that they will likely also sell at set price upon release and still charge for the scenes.
Dunno, feel like some people are just taking their masochist/pay pig fetish way too far and dragging everyone else down with them.

This game is going to be worth it. Although the paywall is a bit ridiculous for what there is in content, the scenes are well animated. This game will end up great if they keep this up.
I mean it isnt like I want them to fail but you can check the amount of 3d games that are released and the amount that are abandoned or "onhold" (Abandoned but we still want to get those patreonbucks), there are way more abandoned games where the devs think "Oh its just a Z-axis, I can totally make the first great 3D game in the scene by myself" but hopefully they can gather a good team of 3D devs investing their patreon money or if all else fails go the Wild-Life route of an animation/gallery game with the promise of more.
