That's is what is included, if it was needed for the pevious episodes/chapters it would be there. Just like other games, patches are not needed till later in the story.

That is packaged with the release, I'm guessing incest wasn't a part of the plan till chapter 5, to draw in more of an audience. As there is no incest tag and no previous incest patch, even for episode 5 that was here previous, so this was done of recnet.
