Demon Roots and Monmusu has awakened my eyes
SHRIFT and Succubus Senki are probably the best H-games I've played. Recommend SHRIFT especially for story. Think they also did a crossover with monmusu quest as well

You can go to 2.41,i have it and not play it the old ones but i start it blank (New game) so i don't know if you play it like that or you have saves
I found Illias in Paradox somehow more loveable and likeable than her original version

I thought Ilias - Classic was best Ilias. I just started the game so I'm praying to Best Goddess that Luka doesn't have too big of an influence on her... Iliasness

I'll probably choose Alice, since either world/route is probably a catch 22. Alice's has "freedom", but it's social darwinism and it's unlikely the end result will be very good for 99% of humanity. Illias' route is where no free will exists, where everything is decided for you, from beginning to end. Sure, it's technically a better outcome on balance of numbers, but ultimately it's as bad in my opinion. I'm hoping that the hinted third route isn't just "fuck both sides, destroy everything."
I already talked about this before but I like the Ilias route more because of 2 factors:
1 - We already saw Alice's story in MGQ Trilogy. While there is some changes, overall it is more of the same. Meanwhile, following Ilias is something new. She goes from powerless bitch to starting to find MGs useful as slaves/necessary evil to

That's a excellent character story and it happens slowly during the story.
2 - Ilias is more "meta" than Alice. Ilias acts like the player: She acts surprised with the differences between Paradox and the original trilogy. She even makes wrong guesses all the times because of that. Meanwhile, Alice just goes "everything is normal". People can see this when talking with either of them during the choice between them.

You talk with someone plays SHRIFT so is normal for me stay away of Illias and She doesn't have fluffy tails.And for me the Meta and being like me is better(As a player) and i have Kazuya as one of my team members,so for me if i care about that i play her route after i do with Alice sooooooooo

For me it's Alice for gameplay, and Ilias for plot.
Alice has access to many races, being the monster lord that she is, and she also has more skills obtained through level up and event flags. She is very useful if you want to play at high difficulties.
As for Ilias, she isn't really that good as a character. Her angel race is very limited to itself since there's no race change serum for her yet, and she doesn't obtain a lot of skills through the game. But because she is canonically one of the most influent people in the world, she is very knowledgeable on the nature of things that Alice doesn't even know they exist.
And as you said, Ilias changes drastically from her OG self.
