Like I said before:

Hi everyone, how's it going? You know how in most cases with games on F95, it's rare when people post screenshots that show you what the dialogue is like, which often means you don't know if the dialogue is good or bad? (Plus I just wish people would post more screenshots for the games in general.)

Well I really wish that wasn't the case, and as I'm always being told, be the change you want to see, and as I always follow up with, sure if you got enough passion for it. Well I definitely have enough passion for this!

I mean I agree with your critique but the only thing wording it the way you did would accomplish is getting blocked by the dev. Your issue wasn't even not pussyfooting, you turned a two to three sentence complaint into a text based Michael Bay short film. The hyperbole isn't going to engender much sympathy to your cause. Going on and on with your complaint mike make me laugh, not that that takes much, but it's just going to frustrate the dev who reads it. Maybe chill a little with the big tough marine shouting his case on a smut forum and act a little more like a regular human being with an inside voice.

Hey, I just found this game a few days ago and have now played through the first season and the three chapters of the second season and I have to say, this is a delightful game. The pacing is good, the story is fun, the interactions are great, the music is on point. I have had a lot of fun and will join Subscribestar once I am done here. I just wanted to let the Devs know that they are doing a really good job and that they deserve a bit of praise for their efforts. Well done ;)

You are correct, it would be far worst. Honestly, I seen mothers do so really horrible things to their children this one is rather tame considering some of the other stuff I've seen and heard mothers doing to their children.

While the military school reaction for walking in on the shower is a bit extreme from the "action/reaction" perspective, there are, sadly, stories all the time about neglect, abuse and killing of children by their mothers for any variety of reasons. Some are mental issues of the mother; some are drug/alcohol related (and could be mental issues); some allow their boyfriends to sexually abuse the kids - some do it themselves (also, potential mental issues); and some have stood by while an abusive partner beat on them as well as their child(ren) to the point of killing the child(ren). Yeah: there are many monsters out there that have given birth. Whether I'd call them "mothers" or not is questionable since that term connotes some degree of caring and love to most people (unless followed by "fuckers"). Not aware of anyone I know directly, but if you watch your local news over the course of one week, you will likely see at least one story on a mother of this nature.

There's also the factor that, since that's a very early-on choice/reaction, the MC also has to deal with everyone's pre-existing opinions about the little asshole whose body he took over. Since that's a running theme that repeats several more times, it makes sense for it to apply there as well... Given that, before he became the MC, the MC's current body was an obnoxious little shit, it's not surprising that early on he's on very thin ice with a few people.

Kind of a weird thing to fixate on when probably 95% of child abuse is committed by fathers, not mothers. That's not to say that mothers have not done horrific things, but I think the betting lines on which parent is more likely to abuse their kids would lean at least 20:1 money on fathers.
