I kinda forgot this game even existed for a long time, a thought came to me that there might be a update by now but x.x nope
They've been repeating the same excuses for well over a year now. Supposedly it's always been the script code that is missing which is a laughable excuse given how little programming logic there is in the entire game.
There's much more than that, but listing anything for excuses won't really make a big difference. People have the right to react the way they wish to about the situation, not defending our development actions and problems, but there's more going on than what takes place on the surface for any given development for games. I'm not a one person team handling every aspect of the game.
I hope we can prove to turn things around and provide some quality content once again very shortly with how things have been going recently. Until then, it's really just a wait and see for many and that's completely fine, no issues there.
I'm sorry if this question has already been asked before, but I didn't find an answer from searching the thread and I am curious.
Prior to this game being remade, you had the option to define the relationship Erika had to the protagonist in regards to whether she was your biological sister or your step-sister. However, now that the game has been remade this option has been removed from the game. So, I'm wondering - is Erika the protagonists biological sister or step-sister, or will that be defined later in the game?
Also, will you still implement that mini-game idea you had where you can change the diapers for all the characters other than Heather, or was that idea scrapped?

No worries! I do believe this has been brought to our attention not long ago and noted, sort of a oversight when transferring stuff over to Ren'py and doing some stuff like the disclaimer and early options for preferences. We'll revisit how to handle that here in a upcoming update since we're planning to include a new disclaimer moment that fits the game as well, so for sure, we'll look into that.
The diaper influence system is our planned gameplay element for the game, where it'll take over in that place. Said system is meant to make it so that the player's experience through the game is more personal, even if two or three people go into Miki's Route for example and compare their results, they shouldn't be 100% the same outcomes and events along the way. (Least that's the goal with that.) The caregiver path related to that system is what will kind of touch on that mini-game idea, but when we looked further into the mini-game itself and what it'd require in full for assets, it seemed best to tone it down to be part of this diaper influence system instead.
We could possibly get back around to mini-game features for dlc later in development, but our main goal for the coming months will be to focus on the influence system with routes and see how things pan out with that. ^^

September is more of a worse case scenario in the event of slight hiccups, but I expect in the next 2-3 weeks, we'll have a exact release date announced as progress continues and we'll share visually how that's looking on our Patreon, some of which will be open to the public to view for free, trying our best not to force people into supporting just to see what's going on.

Just wrapped up playing not too long ago. The artwork is seriously mind-blowing, giving off some juicy vibes. I'm legit hyped for the updates to drop, can't wait to see what's cookin'!

There might be a moment or two where facesitting takes place, but nothing that'd visually show scat. Of course! ^^ I can't exactly promise femdom across the board, as it'd also mean exclusive cg art meant for that kind of content and sadly, realistically we're still trying to gather funding just to cover the base game's content featuring diapers as the main thing firstly. There are some light elements of stuff like femdom and even petplay, but they're limited to a given route. In the future if our funding grows and there's enough demand for certain things to be added, we'll look into offering even optional moments placed within the game up to the player to proceed with.
If you're asking how common it is to run into cg scenes currently.. <.< I'd say Episode 1 is the slowest, it takes about 3/4th of the way into Episode 1 before the first cg scenes are shown. We're currently working on adding some more art to those episodes as a lower priority, just to help the pacing and with this, includes choices that should feel a bit more impactful too. (I should note with cg scenes, MA has a slower burn experience to reach actual adult sex acts taking place. We're just starting to see some of these sex acts appear in Ep 5 and beyond.)

Eyup, facesitting will have some options up to the player if they want them to fart or do other acts. We're trying to be a bit open in what choices players can do in the later parts of the game to have a more personal experience. (Of course there's limits, MA is a diaper fetish primary focus game first, other stuff supports it secondary. Only so much we can actually add in before it balloons into something we realistically can't finish.)
The cg art has variants, some are optional and only appear based on the player's choices. For example: There's one that's light spoilers for Ep 3.

Very glad to hear that! ^^ If you're looking for a good time to jump back in, I'd suggest hold off for a little bit into September for our next update. With how things are proceeding with that content, we're on the path to have it out and should be announcing a release date in another 2 weeks roughly.

We do offer 2 really high end Patreon tiers that are purely for those who want to help fund cg art directly from a list of possible moments that exist in the game, but wouldn't receive cg art due to priority of spreading cg art across the game equally. We do update the list with new updates, so as we move forward into route content, there might be a moment or two that feel fitting for having extra cg art.
Besides those 2 high end tiers, we're typically able to cover the costs of 2-3 cg scenes per month with our average funding in past months. One thing we're thinking about into next year once we have sprite art, music and gui completely finished, we might look into hiring a 3rd cg artist to work with our current 2 artists, but our fear with that is having the cg art look too different, unless the 3rd artist can adapt really well or help in some process of the cg art without it being noticeable.
