Part 2 is after the spend time with Souji. The event should trigger during the date iirc.Make sure to have the 600 desire before the date(spending time with Souji). You know this will trigger when Yoichi's standard text when spoken to is to mention something about you going on a date with Souji.
For the other one you should progress in the porn actress job before triggering it, but if you've already got it, good, just keep talking to Yoichi until you see the sprite animation event, which usually indicates there are no more CGs. If that is already done, now just make sure to have the money by the last day to get Yoichi's ending.

You lied to me. I reached the bad ending and they didn't let me continue running around after the ending I got. It ended then immediately gave me the option of new game plus which starts over from the very beginning with all the sex stats reset, saving, or quitting to title.
Is there seriously no fucking way to continue playing and unlock events like normal in a sandbox mode after reaching an ending? You only have 60 days, then have to restart from the beginning with all the fucking sex stats reset? Is it just because I got the bad ending? I refuse to believe there's no goddamn sandbox mode to keep getting events, and the only option is to reset all stats and start from day one using that fucking bear to unlock all events with the press of a button. If so, that's the worst goddamn game design choice for an H game I've ever seen.
