Im at 95 % of quet list,and last said me to search for clues of kraken near the hospital,but nothing I can find there,is that end of the update ???

If you are looking for the kraken itself, go to the beach left of the hospital gate, and I believe you need to do that at night. or if you are looking for it after, go to that same area left of the hospital gate during the day time and you should see a small crowd of people standing around a giant tentacle, and you'll talk to one of the npcs in that area.

Ok so is there a way to make the game not a blurry shitfest? Any time I turn the camera it lags super hard too, for seemingly no reason as I am able to run the game perfectly fine.

You can turn down the post processing. At 60+ FPS there's no real reason for that much motion blur anyways.
But yeah it would be nice if there wasn't just a post processign slider and you could toggle several of those things like motion blur and AO separately.

There are binoculars on the second floor of the house across from her house that you need to use at night. Then it will progress.

all your quests say work in progress so that means you have nothing to do until the next release which will include the find her on the beach at night
