There definitely shouldn't be any .exe files in the data folder. Did you download it from the links in the OP?

Yes, as of right now on the Gofile link for v1.75 there is a .exe named DXADecode in the Data folder. I thought maybe it might be the method used to crack the DRM but i dont trust it.
Oh, I recognize that name, that's the tool used to unpack the RPGmaker files. I understand not trusting it, but in this case I don't think there's anything nefarious going on.

If i understood it right, that's the gateway image/avatar for the late night restaurant channel, a subsection of the korean Akara Live channel, dedicated to adult game translation or download requests, much in the vein of the F95 forums. All too many people online have been bamboozled by that image's game-looking style and unclear origin. Afaik Procrastinus just decided to make his version of the meme/character design.

its very good it works on most rpg engines and some visual novel ones. By loading this game into it (which doesn't need translating) you can use the ingame editor to change values. by default these are shown in japanese. But if you run the translator on the game it can translate that, to make it easy to find what you want to change.

I don't know what version you used, but Kagura's uncen is not that good as I understood from comments here.
There have been a few uncen patches, you'll have to look it up. Or just find a package with all the mods you want (possibly under the mod section).
I remember there was one uncen patch that really suited my tastes, but it was later replaced with a "better" one and I can't get the one I liked anymore

I'm working on trying to create the master experience right now for the game for my own playthrough. Happy to share with folks here when done, but I have some questions given I don't have too much experience playing the game.
1. What is the difference between PCP 1.35 and 1.39? From what I can tell, the latest Spanish version has 1.35 from the title screen, but it does seem like it contains the contents and more from the latest PCP (like the eggplant girl and knight).
2. What would people say is the best translation for the vanilla game. Is it PCP, the official translation, or some other mod?
