Working on 2 games at the same time also doesnt help, its the reason why the initial early november release was pushed back to mid december in the first place

At this point, it'll just come when it comes.
Even in between the delays Rebel duet managed to get it's "smooth progress" development update and meanwhile CD has become 'that' game that the dev is forced to work on because of previous commitments but doesn't really care for it.
0.19 won't be released here until next year anyways so I'm not hyping myself up like it's going to be mind-blowing or some shit.

Chapter 19 has been released at last. I tried it out, but IMHO it fell kinda flat. I appreciate that not every update can focus on my favorite parts of the game, but even in terms of the topics included the update seemed a little incohesive.
So there you have it. I'm still enjoying the game and there are a lot of things I'm looking forward to, but I do worry the game is becoming less a 'slice of life' and more a 'bunch of small bites of life.'
tl;dr It's not bad, but it's focused on content I'm not as interested in and it does feel a little disorganized.

And yea to be honest, this update was not worth the time nor pledge.
Considering it was initially announced to release early to mid november, then got delayed to december 15th to 17th, delayed to december 19th, again delayed to december 21st, further delayed to december 22nd... the content it has is just too little. Then he claims he added "extra scenes" to make up for the delay, personally I think it was just that boring dream at the very start of the update which he actually added.
Also the claim of 10k new words, I can't verify because I won't count, I heavily doubt that.
Furthermore, which I find funny as much as unprofessional, he decides to be active on a website that is specifically for sharing these type of games, yet he immediately looked on patreon to find my patreon account and block it permanently. Luckily patreon immediately just refunds the pledge as well in such cases, so the update didn't actually cost anything after all. Not that I would've complained about the 5$ in the first place, but ty for "giving" it back Iondivvy.

I mean, the dude releases the full game each update to the public very quickly after the initial patreon only release, I don't blame him for going after people breaking that tiny buffer of time, it is not that much to ask for.
Just a question, if part 20 is said to be released in a few weeks or days, why not just finish up to part 20 and release it?

it causes an exception in six different places. The correct to write it is.

Guess my expectations were a bit too high this time around because of the long wait. It really did not live up to them and I personally think the update is pretty short as well as not so good compared to the last ones.
I hope he finds his inspiration for it once again. We'll see in a few months I guess.
