They're literally in your inventory. You just go to the item and use it, though you have to be in a private location to do so. The inn, the apartment, that private room in the porn store, the recollection room itself, or during the dream location with the succubus.

She's just a cameo character from the dev's previous game, so don't get too excited about it. She's basically there to give an excuse for the player to see some of Kana's scenes when the MC can't otherwise see anything about them. The dream-world she's in also provides a couple of other functions, but it's not that big of a deal.
Thank you, another question. in hospital, there are many room that I cannot open. MC said Kana could open it, how to tell Kana to open that room?

Kana doesn't actually open those doors. That line is meant to signify that those are rooms that only Kana can pass through on her side, as is explained during the intro portion of the Hospital location. Basically, Kana only moves on the red-carpet, and there are rooms she can go too that the MC can't visit, so you need to account for that when you open or close doors, as you can lead her straight into hard rooms that are difficult to influence directly.
There should be something or another in the thread here, or a link to the ULMF thread that definitely has a guide or two for the hide and seek games. Don't remember where though, you'll have to search yourself.

Can anyone share translate patch or something like that? I downloaded and now playing the game but almost half( maybe more than half) of the items are in english.
I'll also answer how to get Status Screen #4 while I'm at it. When you're in the dream world after you end a day, head down and you'll find a shop run by Ria Astraea. One of the things you can get is the Level 5 Status Screen, but you must beat her in battle first. Once you do, it'll unlock Level 5 Status and Level 4 Status for free if you haven't already gotten Level 4.

This probably be the worst H-game I played in the past few years.
- Battle system seems to be fun in the early game (this is why I keep playing this game for 10+ hours, somewhere at lv.20) but after killed all 3 main dungeons bosses (Mansion, Church and Hospital), grinding from Old Family House and exorcist the towns while the game mechanism forced player to keep playing in 3 main dungeons like forever is kind of boring. Battle/equipment balance are bad like other guys said.
- H-scene is very hard to trig. No in-game guide. No hint or info from NPC at all.
- No affection/submission stats until unlock status5 in late game. You will not know what action affecting these stats until late game.
- H-scene with MC only available in late game and short, not worth playing time at all.
- Game NTR mechanism makes our MC seems to be the stupidest protagonist in H-game universe.
Yea not wrong, the art is really good, like that's the only good thing about the game. Everything else is too much grinding I even decided to cheat and set kana health to like 1 every time we go to the dungeon to make it faster but regardless you wait like 2 hour game time before a scene is triggered, dunno feel like it's random.
Regarding the no in-game guide and hint I think they just wanted to sell their own one and make money that way.
Well regardless I did found the guide online anyway on nyaa so that made it a bit easier, then again not worth it honestly. For context I put 25h+

i'm assuming due to the date, but that's the steam ver.? (edit: just saw it's only the patch)
there's some logic to the events and when they trigger, but overall, yeah the RNG can really screw you up and unless you sink a lot of hours into the game, you're not gonna figure out what allows what and where.
