Looks like you have an earlier version.
Download the public version at the devs patreon, no cutting there. You should get to see Jessica undressing in her room, and Paula going naked to the shower.

The left is Paula without MC training her, the right is with MC taking over her diet and exercise.
There are other images where this is more obvious.
As for older "versions" of Paula, these are because I've changed her hair and skin a couple of times as I got better at iRay and DAZ, and better equipment.

You do not need any patch to change the MC's name or relationships.
It's built-in.
You can download (or create yourself) a relationship patch, but you can also do that at the beginning of the game.

yea, I got that bit.
But only got Silvia at pool.
Guess, I will download again.
I had trouble starting from the pool from last update.
So played from start again as it crashed on me.

The development of this game was slow each update with minimal contents, and dev want to branch it with fat/fit, love/corrupted Paula route. That means dev gonna have a lot of renders to make. I don't see this game gonna end anytime soon and until that I feel dev will probably burnout along the way.

Ok ... that is not much game for 2.5 years development.
That is a solid demo or light 0.1 at best with a rough introduction of the major characters.
The idea, concept and setting is solid and might be fun, but tbh - with this pace it will take 5+ years before we will see anything of that.

cant belive that game almost 3 year old, just like a demo
Dev got really good with rendering.
Unfortunately this is probably not one of his priorities hence why slow effort put into updates.
But it has potential if Dev gives it more attention.
