Anyone else having a problem that the game just boots up to a black screen? I have sound and can hear the menu noises but it's just a black screen.

So you ended up being the hero maybe. Anyways your version is a little iffy -20mb less and has a weird glitch with fullscreen.
Check kemono, it got uploaded today.

Is there a chance anyone could mod Live With Tribe game to remove the futa from breeding minigame? 
The animations in that minigame are superb, but the opponent forces you try to finish it as quickly as possible - killing all possible enjoyment one could've had.

Currently, I'm exploring the possibility of editing the files to ensure that your opponent doesn't score more girls than you. I aim to adjust it so that you score all the girls instead. It appears that the game is using the Godot engine. Primarily because, why not

Ok I misunderstood, thought the save was in the gamefile itself
The game is stored in %appdata% (which brings you to Users/[Your User]/Appdata/Roaming), then go to Godot/app_userdata.

I regret to inform you that despite my efforts, I've been unable to locate the game's source code for modification. I spent several hours scouring various directories without success. Additionally, I reached out to the game's developer regarding access to the source code. Unfortunately, they informed me that they're unable to share it as he lacks the authority to distribute it, being not the main developer. Therefore, it seems unlikely that I'll be able to make the desired modifications.
I've also talk to him about possibly adding the ability to edit the percentage of futanari breed chance -
He mentioned that while it's an intriguing idea, it presents a challenge in terms of control. He explained that he originally designed the game with the principle of maximum simplicity in mind, which contrasts with the notion of implementing specific parameters for the futanari character.
Also about future updates for the game (Life with the Tribe), they won't be until he finishes the MFH (My Forest Home)
