I think Emily is MC's sister. MC is a time traveller, so he went back and had twins with his grandmother, one is Emily and the other one is Santi but Santi is actually MC. Something went wrong with the time machine and he forgot his real identity. So he is his own father, his mother's brother and his son's grandfather.

HAHAHA yes that's what makes it even funnier. In the last version in the restaurant Gabi celebrate her separation from Santiago. She never calls him Dad, she says and I quote "He's my dad..." and gets interrupted by a customer. The whole thing is a cliffhanger to make your head spin a little just for her to end up saying he's her dad agent.
