good work on the new update.

but yeah performance are a huge issue, it was unplayable in the mall, and i manage to run solid games, might have to do with how lightning works but i see its lumen so idk, shouldnt be that laggy. also idk why but my game, even with default graphism or everything at max always looks bad, blurry and pixelated.

can we hope for a totally flate breast modification of the female character in the future?

With this update, I have once again made major changes to saving and menu settings. Hopefully, this will be the last big update to the saving architecture. You will need to delete your old save and config files, which you can do by going to this directory:

C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Afterparty\Saved

And deleting all folders in there. If you don't do this it's very likely the game won't work.

Thanks everyone for your patience and feedback. I do read most of what gets posted in various places, though it's often less useful for me to spend time responding to it vs developing my game. A lot of feedback is incredibly useful and I take it into account. Some of it simply boils down to "I wish you had more people and a higher budget" which is also understandable, but not very useful in the short term.

I'm crestfallen. You've made it even MORE difficult for me to mess with dick size!! I got it to stay beyond character creation, but as soon as I put on pants or reload the save, it resets to normal size. Curses!!

Everytime I load a savegame, either my character is in the middle of nowhere and I cannot do anything (if I load after having just started the game), or the game loads, but I have another character (a bald generic female in my case) standing at the same place as my character, and I cannot do anything (if I load after having created a new game).
Does anyone else have this, and do you know if it's avoidable ?

You have to delete your save folder. It's trying to load data from an older version of the game.

Pretty good update ty. Love all the changes except the hair, old hair looked good and I didn't notice any performance issues, maybe leave the choice up to us in settings ? Or is that too complicated for development ?

Anyways ty again !

Possible to have both, but more work. For now I'd prefer to focus on improving the look of the card hair. The strand-based hair was by far the biggest performance hit previously according to profiling results, the performance boost of using cards instead is actually very significant, but like I said earlier it's offset by some of the new stuff I added. Hair cards can look quite good, even comparable to groom strand hair if done well, for example check this out:

But of course I don't have access to world-class hair designers proficient in Zbrush/Maya/Substance painter. I'll have to settle for shortcut solutions.

At the same time though Epic has been consistently updating groom hair with each UE version. This, along with RHI parallelization included in UE 5.4, which gives a boost to render thread performance, might make it conceivable to use strand-based hair in realtime in the future.

Sad to see that the existing F/F and F/Solo content appears to have been dropped from this update, or is that potentially a conflict from old files? In the current update it appears that female avatars can't trigger any of the masturbation or fantasizing scenes in the bed, nor can you use the shower.
The open world element is a nice change, though it might be a consideration to remove the speed loss on the bicycle for uphill movement to promote exploration, particularly given that you've gone to the trouble of making multiple points-of-interest on the mountain behind the house.

There were some small bugs I found in the new build.
If you initiate Emily's date-night fashion-choice quest while she's sunbathing, her eyes remain closed the whole time.
Falling from the mountain onto the beach can result in falling through the world and softlocking. I was on the bike when it happened and couldn't get off the bike in order to attempt to access either the escape or character menus.
