Not the letter or the last conversation really explained anything. (Why is the MC the one that has to chase after her, bruh?)
Also, the decision to go to Aria shouldn't even be in the game right now since the player doesn't have all the info.
Alright this game does not know what it wants to do. It is all over the place. One moment youre in the hospital and next youre at the beach talking about the past(not to mention the flash back right before it). The game started off so well but thats just it, we never learn anything about his childhood with his sister and aria. Instead we get some war stories that appear in almost every chapter. Why are some developers so obsessed with it is something I'll never figure out. Not the best but not the worst, will come back to it to see where the story goes.

Maybe you dont see it that way because you know it all already, her actual reasons (and not the bs she tells mc), what she is hiding and what she wants.
But as a player I can only make judgements with whats been shown to me.
And that is:
1. Gf is not happy mc has changed. He is at fault here.
2. But Mc changes back to how he was before and she is happy again since thats the man she fell in love with
3. So just when things are going well again and when MC needs her the most she fucks off. Very reasonable.
4. After years of no contact, now she is back and guess what, she wants to fuck off again.

That is all the information we can work it and, in my opinion, the MC would have to be a no brain, no self esteem buffon to still try to have something with someone like that. She wants to go? Then let her go, its not like there arent any other options available.
I get Mc made mistakes too but there is zero reason why he should be chasing after her at this point, unless you just like how she looks. Because we didnt even get to see that "amazing and loving" relationship they had, we are just told about it . We are supposed to like her because the game tells us to while it makes no effort to make her actually likeable.
And these are just my thoughts, I'm not asking you to change anything as I am sure there are people that enjoy the drama/simping or whatever her route is. I was just asking for some common sense stuff: I dont care about Aria ->therefore I reject Aria -> then I get no/ or less Aria content.
Thats it, I get it maybe you wanted to give some more info about her before sending her away but I think, since the choice was given in the game already, it should be respected.
Like I said before, I like the game so dont take this as me saying it sucks, just a disagreement about a certain part of it.
And from what Ive seen in the thread, a lot of your players have similar takes so maybe what you are trying to convey isnt really landing as it should, dont know.
