Patreon changes are beyond idiotic... that said, you can still see all the posts without logging out, you just have to change setting from "show all posts in your tier" to "show all posts" under the TIER tab. Sadly, there is no way to make "show all posts" default setting and you'll have to change the settings each time you logged in and for every creator you support.

im using renpy launcher to open the game i downloaded from the patreon and no matter what version of renpy launcher i use i get similar errors
The obvious question, have you tried to run the distribution as-is without the launcher? I believe Darkhound uses a non-standard Renpy runtime system.

Yeah, entire girls are getting completed before we have even fucked her. Meanwhile we are getting even MORE Yvette and Amy focus... if those were ever removed from the game it would probably half the entire games content lol
