Need help with post treatment.

Here is the Daz3d screen :

I think it's too yellow, doesn't it ?

So I've done Photoshop post treatment (contrast, color, ton, ...) :

I think it's better but I wan't your opinion on it (Do your own PS treatment and post it to show me the way).

Ok thats my third attempt now with this scene, i've increase the overall luminous flux and intensity of the three point lights and rised the Film ISO from 75 up to 125. So... i hope she's more defined now.

I hope it will not upset you, but since I have a calibrated sRGB monitor I've done a postwork on the first version you posted using GIMP 2.10.8... Here is the "perfect" brightness for that picture:

Why should it upset me? I'm still learning how to use Daz and how to make decent render. Only one thing i have to say, the base image you used come froma different post that i made previously and thus isn't the same one as the post you quoted.
On a side note can you tell me what you think of my last render and how to do a decent postwork on gimp?

It is most likely yellow because of the color temperature (Kelvin) of the lights.

With you can view and edit all light sources in a scene very efficiently.

Yes indeed, the image I used as base for the postwork come from . Your last render is very close to my version regarding the brightness, excepted that there is a glitch on her left shoulder (right side of the picture). I don't know what kind of monitor you use, but first thing first you will need to calibrate it otherwise you will continue to produce bad lit render. here is a interresting article that will help you :

Also as @Xavster and others pointed many times, rightly lighting your scene is important and can change drasticly your render. Lighting not means only playing with exposure and ISO dials, but also add additional lights. @Xavster has made simple tutorials about that topic in the .

Regarding postwork with GIMP, it is a vast topic, somtime simple and many times quite complex. I will be pleased to help you but you will have to ask questions with example. With your image, I converted it into a 32-bits picture to be able to play with exposure and tone mapping in an extended way. Once finished I converted it back to 8-bits.

Thx bro, and yes i noticed the glitch too. It comes from the backlight of my 3 pointlight system, due to it being wrongly place.

Again, it could be my TV but for me, it looks good without the ps treatment. Yes it's a bit yellow'ish, but it looks like a normal artifical interior light, like a warm light ceiling lamp would produce.

Looks nice but the light effect is a bit too much if you ask me.
Still better than many other renders I have seen here.

im watching this on an 6500K calibrated monitor and i think the first one looks best without any PS mods.
whiteballance are more correct and skintones more natural
you got some strange redish hue on the last photo which also affects skintones to look more dull.
my opinion only :)

am i wrong or did you add some Red color in PS :)?

if you want a colder tone in the picture drop Red AND Green at the same amount.
that will get colortemp above 6500K

I know you guys are probably tired of seeing my girls they all look similar. PC had a hiccup and I had to relocate and install my assets (yet again). This time I have them on a 1TB backup drive for this reason. I am trying to get this high elf "perfect" before I work on other characters. (I have a few humans, a dark elf and a wood elf I need to work on next).
