All debuffs are luck based for application but dispel is not a debuff. It can still miss or be dodged though, which has nothing to do with the luck stat.

Make sure your game actually has dlc 3 as this scene is introduced in dlc 3. You can check via the room of reminiscence. If serpent curse relief npc is there then you have dlc 3.
OMG THANK YOU! YOU ARE RIGHT! I just checked and I can only see scenes up to DLC2. The files also only show DLC 1 and 2. Now I can stop wasting my time and find DLC3 instead.

from what I observed effects that directly impact stats are unavoidable and can only be negated with immunity, same with dispell that has a guaranteed stat purge unless that stat has an exception to it.

Came here after finding out DLsite blocked the petite (loli) tag for westerners, I grow more thankful for this site every time one of these new bullshit restrictions gets added.
Several tags fall under the regionblock not only petite. Because DLsite brought back the 2 CC companys. We are moving back in time to everything being region locked again. With VPNs you can still navigate around it but still a shame to see the clock reset about accessibility on the net.
I hope by the time Red Dead Hood drops the whole situation gets better than it is now.
Or at the very least wont get any worse.

It's ridiculous, they're literally strong arming censorship into anything they deem needs it. They should not be allowed to have that kind of influence. Hopefully DLsite can add a region change function like Pixiv has to circumvent this but that won't end what they're doing to the industry.

Soo dlc3 questions now:
- any 0 sen hidden things? (found blackwell diary in hospital)
- also kinda blocked snowfield for myself with leiden rape... I was trying lion path on other save and location is just worst: the size (like a desert or bog in bs1 ergghhh), stupid horses what one shot you without bunker sword, fcking blizzard (it proc too often mannn). Damn ds2 inspiration...
So only thing what i find here was +3 phys res ring and minor stuff. Any other worth items here? (and i know about igloo and event)
