im having the exact same problem, even though i had sex with 9 girls and 1 left, the doctor wont make another examine. so after having sex with all 10, the game just ends.

EDIT: I got it!! so instead of having sex with sale girl as the last one, i had sex with the libary as the last, and that worked for me.

I had the same problem but could solve it. load a savegame before the first photoshoot. Read the photobook "important", buy the cowgirl costume. Do 1 -2 photoshoots WITHOUT the cowgirl costume. until the 2-3 photoshhoting use the costume. After that, the other costume would have to be unlocked. So it was with me

I have the same problem, but this solution is not working. Anybody know how to get those cosplay outfits?

I'm a bit confused about how to gain hearts with the roommate. I've tried talking at every possible point during the day and it seems to work but only momentarily. The next day I keep losing any progress I've made.
