Ive been getting stuck on the foot thing too following the massage path, tried your save.. and still getting no further, tired the neck/lower back/butt and get told " dont be too presumtuous, there is more work to do..." I started fresh today, followed the walkthrough, so presuming sanity should on 10... got me puzzled lol

chages all the sanity value's along the game path
more choice's are will now skip or include certain scene's
delete the rubbish dream's from day 6 into day 7

That the saves did not work, what the hell. It's not possible to skip, fine. But that "Sanity" is no longer displayed, shit!!! (A suicide every morning)

Works also like this without the mod.
She needs to say " dont be too presumtuous, there is more work to do..." and then you just continue with the rest of your choice.

Give it a moment (and several restarts) to get its' bearings (unless you did a clean sweep of temporary data on your PC, in which case...)

This save is just before the end of day 7. However, the game at the moment seems to not allow day 8 to start. It still ends at day 7. I'm currently checking if there's a quick edit I can do myself to fix this

There is no day 8, just ends after day 7, my saves have been working just fine. even looking through the images, there is no day 8 folder or images for them.

Indeed there is no day 8. I too just confirmed this. I guess a mistake was made compiling the new version. It does say day 8 in the menu, but it's, apart from that, a near exact copy of the previous version - with sanity removed
