I just started the game and I know this is nit picking, buuuut during CPR its; check breathing - check pulse - chest compresions - ventilation. And the correct spot for the compressions is on the sternum in general in a line with the nipples. This would just break the collarbones and do nothing.

Ugh! The dialogue choice route in the walk through makes the game painful to play. The girl's a stuck up bitch and the guy is her bitch. The hell with it, I'm just going to use cheats and go my own route. For a game called "Lewd" Island, there's nothing very lewd about it.
Half way through the walk through, I noticed a sentence that basically seems to sum up the walk through as a non-sex dialogue route.

oh i found what you meant, i don't want someone's mod, i want the real fix for the game.
The game is an absolute waste of time, whether you choose the route in the walk through or go your own route, the girl's dialogue and actions are all the same. She's still a bitch and there's complete friction between the two. On top of that as far as I can tell, all the images of the girl in the OP's image's are of dream sequences with her ex. I get the feeling the dev made the game to screw with the players mind.

The route I did in the walkthrough was done for the old Sanity system the game had where the daughter would stay alive rather than offing herself. She does not want to fuck the MC for most of the game, he does not want to fuck her for most of the game. It's the isolation and growing sexual tension that causes it to happen.
If you couldn't understand that, I guess you really just expected this to be "Crash on Island, Fuck Girl".

A better expectation is "clunky game full of filler dream sequences." Sure, you can argue "realistic build up" all day but the stupidity on hand in the story/writing makes it anything but realistic. If your story is nonsensical, I say lean into the cheese. Which it seems like he's doing, it's making it more fun. Cheekiness is underrated.

In a break from the complaints about the story, some thoughts about the story that haven't been mentioned yet. MC and daughter are not victims of plane crash but are test subjects of the E(forgot name) corp with their memories altered. The daughter's dream of the "pirate" boat was an erased memory of being brought to the island. And the father's dream of being caught by the daughter fucking the girls was why they were picked as subjects. Daughter is already thinking about sex with Dad so resistance already low. The test is to see whether Dad is tempted to use drugs on daughter, and if they can become an incest couple.

I've actually thought about those drugs and had this funny little thought in the back of my head.
What if they aren't actually related at all? What if that's part of the experiment?
This would explain why the daughter remembers the night in the hotel, and about boat's dream she says: "we were a couple".
