There's also an urn in the office and she refers to him as her "late husband", meaning he's dead. The husband cuckold scenes will have to wait for the halloween spinoff, alas.

Tags I would like to add in the long run would be something like: feet, bush, milking, lesbian pee drinking, hair job and so on. I'm personally not into NTR, scat, puke or something similar and that probably won't be in the game.
If I do put something in that is clearly niche, say on the request of Patrons, it will be avoidable for people not into it.

Well, forced incest is already there, especially with the "bad" route. And while Heather is restricted and on display, Isabella and the Mistress even comment on her virginity, so potentially you can see where this may be going...

is Anja the only maid ? mansion seems too big for a single maid. its okay if we were not introduced to the others but its weird MC didnt see any of them working or walking around.
2 gripes: anja looks like she is in her late 20s/early 30s and yet she has gray hair and the way she acts suggests she is in her late 40s/early 50s.
that dinner event happens too soon imo.

So having replayed this opening chapter now about a dozen times to make sure I’ve tried every option combination, I’m confident I’ve seen all of the content and I had an additional thought about where this might go. This is just my own pure speculation, and it’s mainly based on the shaving scene, since so far that’s really our only big action scene.

What I can see happening is a choice of being a protective brother as much as possible given the circumstances, or going along and dominating and humiliating your sister. That’s kind of obvious at the moment, but what I think it could signal is that on the good path, seeing how erotic and tender that scene played out, if you continue down that road the two will eventually get more intimate, fall genuinely in love, and all that romantic stuff. On the opposite side, seeing as how traumatized Heather was when her brother went full perv, and the only person who was kind to her was actually Anja, I can see eventually Heather coming to hate her brother while he continues to dominate her for the amusement of the mistresses, and thus drives Anja and Heather closer together until they fall in love and start a romantic relationship. Anja was going out of her way to make Heather as comfortable as possible in this situation, maybe she was seeing herself in her.

I have no way of knowing if any of this is even close, but this seems like a realistic way things could turn out.
